		<description>I personally tend to favour SSuite Office’s free office suites. Their software also don’t need to run on Java or .NET, like so many open source office suites, so it makes their software very small and efficient.

Imagine all data is stored in a highly secure Cloud hosted by the Government(Its anyways stored by the government - just that its on disparate systems now). There is a biometric scanner ( it could be a combination of fingerprint voice and retina reader - some zany uncrackable combination ) which basically authenticates you. This ID CARD will be wireless enabled so it downloads data accordingly, depending on what data you need to enable / download. 


So basically this card is nothing but a client. The data still resides in a central server. If you lose a client - that is - the Card - you get a new card at a nominal fee!</description>

However, I remember the trouble I had to go through when I lost my driver&#039;s license. As a result, the thought of losing the ID card that you are talking about here, sends shivers down my spine ;)</description>
